The design of this 44 Lot rural residential subdivision design is currently underway with design completion expected late September 2019. The design requirements of this project include a Main Roads intersection design, upgrade design of the existing Litschner Road, new internal road designs and stormwater drainage. The project construction is expected to be completed in several stages.
Rammutt Road Subdivision, Stage 2 of 2, Chatsworth QLD 4570
This 22 Lot rural residential subdivision design is the second of 2 Stages located on Rammutt Road, Chatsworth and overlooks Gympie to the South. Design requirements included intersections, roadworks, earthworks, stormwater drainage, driveway accesses and site visibility assessments. Construction is currently underway with completion estimated in September 2019.

This 4 Lot rural residential subdivision design is the first of 2 Stages located on Rammutt Road, Chatsworth and overlooks Gympie to the South. Design requirements included driveway accesses, earthworks design and site visibility assessments. Construction works have been completed and approved by Council.
Laurenceson Road Industrial Development, Gympie QLD 4570
This project included design of carparking, vehicular access and hardstand areas for 2 large industrial commercial sheds. Roadworks, earthworks, concrete reinforcement, stormwater management and landscaping design all completed by Complete Civil Consulting.
Newfarm Road Subdivision, Chatsworth QLD 4570
This 10 Lot rural residential subdivision design with acre sized lots was designed and Council approved in late 2017. Design requirements included balanced earthworks for economical construction, roadworks design and associated stormwater drainage works. Construction is underway with supervision and management provided by Complete Civil Consulting.
Diggings Road Subdivision – Stage 1 of 3, Imbil QLD 4570
Diggings Road Stage 1 is a 14 Lot residential subdivision located in the heart of Imbil, QLD. Operational Works design includes road widenings for both Diggings Road and William Street, stormwater drainage, sewer and water reticulation and associated electrical & telecommunications infrastructure. Construction is currently underway with completion estimated in September 2019.

14 Lot urban residential subdivision with services provided by Complete Civil Consulting including Construction Supervision, Project Management and Contract Management.
Sorensen Road Upgrade, Gunalda QLD 4570
2.6km of road upgrade including intersection and road widening, pipe culvert extensions and concrete floodway design to Council and Main Roads specifications.
Little Widgee Road Rural Subdivision, Widgee QLD 4570
This 28 Lot rural residential subdivision design with 1 hectare lots is currently in the design phase. Design requirements include intersection upgrade designs for both Main Roads and Gympie Regional Council roads, internal roadworks design and associated stormwater drainage works.
Greendale Downs Estate Stage 2B – Watergum Drive, Pie Creek QLD 4570
This 13 Lot rural residential subdivision with acre size lots was designed by Complete Civil Consulting. Design requirements included internal roadworks design and associated stormwater drainage works. The project is currently being constructed and is due for completion in 2018.
